very nice, i like your character design alot ;]
you have good attention to shading, but maybe if the tonal range wasn't so different from the next, it'd look a bit more natural?

I for one am looking forward to seeing more photos of you in your Madam Red costume...she is a beautiful character, and you are well suited to play her! Do not be distraught with "lack of Madam Red love"...the elegant outfit and your dignified poise may yet produce much love! ;)
